Just returned from a two week stay in the hotel, the staff are so accommodating nothing is to much trouble, Big thanks to the bar staff especially Pablo and not forgetting the restaurant staff Rossa thanks once again, Rooms are fine and spacious just a bit tired bearing in mind the hotel is due for a complete refurbishment but don't let this put you off everything else is fine, last but not least the entertainment is much to be desired but a ho did not ruine our holiday great entertainment just down the road that's benidorm for you. Thanks once again for a great stay 👍

Had an excellent holiday in this hotel, September 19th-26th . We have stayed in various hotels in Benidorm, but this was the best one. Meals, drinks, staff, cleanliness, were all excellent could not fault anything. The location was also spot on five minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the old town,five minutes from the beach what more could you want. Have booked again for the same time next year Al.

Lovely staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean rooms. Modern bathroom. Located perfectly between old n new town.. will stay there again . For the more mature visitor to benidorm. Cannot fault it..

Very well located only a short walk to the old town and to Levante beach. There was no problem with late night street noise. The hotel is welcoming with helpful and friendly staff in all areas, it is well kept and cared for and has a high standard of cleanliness throughout. We stayed half board and we’re genuinely surprised by the range and high quality of the food at breakfast and dinner, preferring to eat later we always found a table, the dining room staff were very efficient and helpful. The bar area and pool were as expected, we prefer to go to the beach but we saw they where always busy. We plan to re book soon.

Amazing hotel can’t fault anything from start to finish, food outstanding never the same thing always plenty of choice. Great cocktails, great location to the old town. And a big shout out to David the anamation team, he’s such a lovely guy and great with all the guests, we’ve never joined in playing games before and we enjoyed all the games, he was amazing with my Down’s syndrome daughter Lauren, he had her joining in with all the activities and she loved it. We won’t stay anywhere else now see you soon RH royal.

Stayed here 16th September to 26th September room 808. Excellent hotel deserves 5 * every member of staff were welcoming polite helpful and this was definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in abroad. Rooms are immaculate. Bar staff are amazing helpful and great fun. Food is hot and great choices at every meal. Entertainment most nights was very good. Thankyou for making our holiday really great. Would HIGHLY recommend if you want an adults only hotel central to old town benidorm. Mrs Judith Dawkins

Very clean. Food great. Located near to old town. Good sunbathing area at back of hotel.

What can I say first class.Food was good drinks was good rooms spotless staff great could ask no more.Big shout out to David who was always trying to entertain bar staff must also get a big shout will be back
