Lovely clean & comfortable hotel with excellent food! On the edge of the old town so central for either old or new town. Short walk to the beach. We didn't plan on eating in at the hotel but it was so nice we only ate out once! Beds were comfy & we felt very well looked after at all times. Staff were welcoming & friendly . David was there to entertain day & night & provided plenty of good humour. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Another lovely week at the RH Royal, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the food was good, hot and great variety. The entertainment was fine, singers and a very entertaining magic act one night. Great quizzes and bingo with David who was as funny as usual. We upgraded to AI gold which was worth it for the branded drinks and quality wines etc. Special mention to Roberto on reception, Rosa, Rosamiel, Jessica and Ana in the restaurant and the lovely cleaner who cleaned our room on the 4th floor. The hotel is perfectly placed for the old Town, and really does feel like home from home. Looking forward to returning in Jan.

First time to this hotel and no complaints as it was very nice and very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Location is ideal for both the new and old town and the beach. Would recommend and return if visiting Benidorm in the future.

Have been to this hotel over 20 times and the standard is still excellent. Food delicious always piping hot rooms immaculate and. the hotel itself is always spotless. Location is spot on for old and new town weather was in th 80s. What more could you want. Will be returning soon.

The friendliest staff, cleanest pool, good food & perfect location for all areas of Benidorm especially the Old Town. We can't fault this hotel. It is a smaller hotel but because of that it is more personal.

Just returned from a two week stay in the hotel, the staff are so accommodating nothing is to much trouble, Big thanks to the bar staff especially Pablo and not forgetting the restaurant staff Rossa thanks once again, Rooms are fine and spacious just a bit tired bearing in mind the hotel is due for a complete refurbishment but don't let this put you off everything else is fine, last but not least the entertainment is much to be desired but a ho did not ruine our holiday great entertainment just down the road that's benidorm for you. Thanks once again for a great stay ?

Had an excellent holiday in this hotel, September 19th-26th . We have stayed in various hotels in Benidorm, but this was the best one. Meals, drinks, staff, cleanliness, were all excellent could not fault anything. The location was also spot on five minutes from shops, bars and restaurants in the old town,five minutes from the beach what more could you want. Have booked again for the same time next year Al.

Very well located only a short walk to the old town and to Levante beach. There was no problem with late night street noise. The hotel is welcoming with helpful and friendly staff in all areas, it is well kept and cared for and has a high standard of cleanliness throughout. We stayed half board and we’re genuinely surprised by the range and high quality of the food at breakfast and dinner, preferring to eat later we always found a table, the dining room staff were very efficient and helpful. The bar area and pool were as expected, we prefer to go to the beach but we saw they where always busy. We plan to re book soon.

Amazing hotel can’t fault anything from start to finish, food outstanding never the same thing always plenty of choice. Great cocktails, great location to the old town. And a big shout out to David the anamation team, he’s such a lovely guy and great with all the guests, we’ve never joined in playing games before and we enjoyed all the games, he was amazing with my Down’s syndrome daughter Lauren, he had her joining in with all the activities and she loved it. We won’t stay anywhere else now see you soon RH royal.
