Our second winter visit to the Royal. We had a fabulous time. Yes the rooms are now feeling a little dated, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Food overall, was excellent once again. But, what really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Without exception they were all totally customer focussed, efficient and friendly. We were amazed upon arrival to see so many familiar faces from last year's visit. This in itself speaks volumes. Definitely hope to return again next year.

We have just returned from this Hotel and would highly recommend it. It is situated with easy access to the Levante beach and also Poniente Beach. The service in the hotel is excellent from the reception on arrival to the restaurant and bar staff. There is a good choice of food at breakfast and at evening meal (we were half board). Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced. There has been comments with regards to the decor etc. however I think the positives certainly outway any negatives.
