"The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked in for half board meaning evening meal and breakfast. As we were already booked for an evening meal elsewhere they allowed us to change our evening meal to lunch which was very helpful."

My friend and her sister whom both are disabled stayed a week here and both say it was top notch absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault it.The food rooms and especially the staff were great nothing was to hard for them and even would go out there way for them.

Just stayed here for the fourth time. I can’t find anything negative to say. Excellent location, good food and comfortable beds. The staff here are a credit to the hotel. Everyone is so friendly. Special mention to Alfonso and Claudia in the bar and the chef who cooks the eggs for breakfast. Will definitely book here next time we come to Benidorm.

Just to say what a lovely holiday we had at the royal couldn't fault it staff was great we had a lovely housekeeper called Laura she was very good and when we asked for more teabags and milk we got extra everyday we was in room508 plenty of room and great balcony at the front great idea about the pool towels leaving a deposit then getting it back when you returned your towels food was great plenty of choice nothing was to much trouble would definitely book again so thank-you for a great stay

Just got back from another brilliant holiday staying at the RH Royal hotel in Benidorm This is the second year running we have stayed at this hotel, once again everything was spot on the staff were friendly and helpful the hotel was kept very clean and tidy. We had no complaints at all, we enjoyed it so much we have Reeboked for the same time next year.
