We have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Isabelle on reception and Rosemiel in the dining room. The entertainment was OK and David was great with the quizzes and bingo, we had a good laugh. The food was really good, very hot, lots of choice and great show cooking as well. We can't really fault this hotel at all, other than some guests were vaping in the inside bar/lounge which wasn't very pleasant at times. The road could noisy at times but it's a town centre hotel so to be expected. We felt that the location was perfect for us. We are returning in November and are really looking forward to it.
